Who we are

Claire started Tired Tails as a dog walking service, helping busy families in Morro Bay, Los Osos, Cayucos, San Luis Obispo, and beyond keep their dogs happy, fulfilled, and—of course—tired. As her experience grew, so did her passion for understanding dog behavior and the relationships that help them thrive. In 2016, she left her corporate career of 10 years to follow that passion, later joined by her husband William, and together they built the full-service dog training business of their dreams. Today, the whole Tired Tails team offers everything from daily walks to board-and-train programs and much more. They’re also deeply involved in the foster and shelter community, offering free group classes for foster dogs and helping pups find their forever homes with the support of solid training and long-term owner guidance.
